1. Cancelling Services

  • You may request cancellation anytime via email/ticket to support@xpresswebhost.com.
  • Provide your domain/service name and last 4 digits of the payment method for verification.
  • Data becomes inaccessible upon cancellation; back up your content before requesting cancellation.

2. Money-Back Window

Hosting plans may include a [e.g., 7-day] money-back guarantee on first purchases. Renewals and upgrades/add-ons are excluded unless stated otherwise.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals (once submitted to the registry).
  • SSL certificates, software licenses, and third-party services.
  • Setup fees and migration fees (if applicable).

4. Partial/Pro-Rata Refunds

Partial refunds are not guaranteed for mid-term cancellations. If offered at our discretion, pro-rata amounts exclude non-refundable items and discounts.

5. Abuse & Policy Violations

Accounts terminated for AUP or Terms violations (e.g., spam, malware, illegal content) are not eligible for refunds.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your provider’s timelines.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Filing a chargeback may result in service suspension and account review.
