By using Xpress Web Host (“we”, “us”, “our”) services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
Using our Services confirms you’ve read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
We provide domain registration, shared hosting, email hosting, and support. We may update or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or performance.
3. Account & Eligibility
- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
- You must be legally capable of entering a contract.
- Accounts are non-transferable without written consent.
4. Acceptable Use
No malware, spam, phishing, unlawful content, IP infringement, or resource abuse. We may remove content or suspend Services for violations.
5. Domains & DNS
- Subject to registry rules and accuracy of WHOIS/contact data.
- Renew on time to avoid loss; domain fees are typically non-refundable.
- DNS propagation and registry actions are outside our control.
6. Billing & Renewal
- Fees are due in advance unless stated otherwise.
- Late/non-payment may cause suspension or data removal.
- Prices may change; notice given for next term.
- Taxes/charges are your responsibility.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
See our Cancel & Refund Policy for details. Unless stated otherwise: setup fees, domains, and third-party licenses are non-refundable; partial refunds are not guaranteed.
8. Availability & Uptime
We strive for 24/7 availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
9. Backups
We may run routine backups, but you are responsible for independent backups of your content.
10. Security
Keep credentials secure. You’re responsible for actions under your account and must notify us of suspected compromise.
11. Third-Party
Integrations may be subject to third-party terms; we’re not responsible for their actions or changes.
12. Intellectual Property
We own our websites, designs, and technology. You retain your content; you grant us a limited license to host and transmit it to provide Services.
13. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or lost profits/data. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the service in the prior three (3) months.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend/terminate for AUP violations, non-payment, security risks, or legal requests. Upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted per policy.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after the Effective Date means acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
